Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your items to initiate the return process.
We understand that plans can change! All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please email us at inquiry@forlest.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Note: After 24 hours, your order will be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in the same condition that you received them, clean and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original clear bag.
• All items must be free from stains, including makeup and deodorant, as well as any odors or other damages.
• For optimal sizing and fit, please follow our size guide, as sizing can vary across different bra brands.
Note: Return approval is at the discretion of our team. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Any denied returns will be responsibly discarded and will not be shipped back to the customer.
• Once you receive our return address, please send your parcel back within 7 days.
• For returns due to sizing or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
We offer returns and exchanges for orders delivered within the US and Canada through our warehouse in New Jersey, US.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Panties, briefs, laundry bags, and drawstring bags
• Clearance items and gift cards
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the return is approved, we’ll ship out your new item(s) right away. If you need your replacement item delivered urgently, feel free to email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate a faster delivery from our end.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If a return shipping fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
• PayPal payments: Refunds typically process within 3-7 working days.
• Credit card payments: Refunds may take 7-25 working days depending on your card provider.
