Potential Delays Due to Weekends & Public Holidays

Currently, we ask to allow for 2 - 3 working days for processing. Please note that our carriers do not pick up shipments on Sundays, and public holidays.

Shipping Cost

Good news! We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $72. For orders less than $72, we charge a flat rate of $8. We use the standard shipping method for orders worldwide. 4PX is our primary shipping carrier, and the final delivery partner depends on your location, for example, USPS for the United States and Canada Post for Canada.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. We do this to ensure your order's accuracy and prepare it for shipping. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide a tracking code. You can track your order here.

Delivery Duration

Delivery times can vary between countries. Usually, it takes 5-12 business days to deliver to the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and other countries. For Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands, please allow 12-24 business days.
