Return & Refund Policy 

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate the return process.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original transparent packaging. 
  • Please note that all items being returned MUST BE free from stains, odors, and other damages. Return approval is at the discretion of our team, and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be destroyed and WILL NOT be shipped back to the customer.
  • If a return is due to a customer issue, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company chosen. However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on WHERE to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be entertained.
  • We offer exchanges or returns for orders delivered in the US and Canada through our warehouse in New Jersey, US.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for PANTIESBRIEFS, LAUNDRY BAG, and DRAWSTRING BAG. Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for CLEARANCE items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it is approved, you receive refund on your original payment method/ bank card. If returning for refund, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that it will take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.
