Return Policy 

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to initiate the process after receiving your items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All items must be free from stains, odors and other damages. Return approval is at the discretion of our team and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
  • If the return is of consumer's issue, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at inquiry@forlest.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be entertained.
  • For US and CA delivered orders, we do provide an exchange or return via our warehouse in New Jersey.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for panties and briefs due to hygience issue. Please look for the correct size before placing an order. We also cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it is approved, you receive refund on your original payment method/ bank card. If returning for refund, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that it will take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.
