Q4: What size should I buy?

Kindly follow our size guide to find out your underbust & full bust. Sizes may vary due to different designs, strictly follow the size chart, rather than your own experience. We have a bra calculator too. 

Q5: What can I do if the discounts are not stacked as promised?

Any extra code is meant to be inserted on the cart widget (sidebar).  The cart widget will automatically appear right after you add something to the cart. Then, wait for the automatic discount box to appear (normally 1-2s), then apply the code to realize a stacked discount.

Q6: What to do if my payment failed?

We have a order tracking link on the menu or here. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 working days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you could track the package online. 

Q10: What's the delivery time?

Normal delivery time to different countries differ, it takes 7-10 working days to United State and to Europe. For other market, kindly track the parcel on line to get the location of it.

Q11: What's the Return & Exchange policy?

  • When you receive the items, and it turns out to be either wrong items or wrong color, wrong sizes, EMAIL US FOR SOLUTIONS. If in the end, you prefer to RETURN or EXCHANGE, our specialist, Candice will guide you to the next process.
